Want some helpful tips on how to increase your home value?
We get asked this question all the time, "What things can I do to increase the value of my home?", there are so many answers to this question and depending on your home will depend on our answers. However, there are a few things no matter what the condition of your home that you can do.
Basic Tips:
Go Green- Replace bulbs with LED bulbs, install low flow toilets and faucets
Get rid of those popcorn ceilings- They collect dust and make the home look older. This could be a DIY project or we can recommend a good contractor for this.
Curb Appeal- Clean out the flower beds and spruce up what you have. Sometimes just cleaning out the beds and raking around your mulch does wonders. Planting some perennials is great because they are easy and low maintenance.
Good lighting- Make sure your blinds are up or open- let that light in! Place a few lamps around the room to create a cozy yet bright space.
